Conlan is one of my best friends in the world. Caitlin is Conlan’s little sister so I’ve known her since she was just a kid. She’s grown up to be one of the most truly amazing and beautiful people I’ve ever had the chance to know, and somehow she met Matthew, who’s equally amazing and they bring out the absolute best in each other. It’s a beautiful thing to be around two such genuinely kind people, and their small and intimate wedding in Carmel last year epitomized what a wedding day should be to me: real, emotional, and focused on the people that matter. This was easily one of my favorite weddings of all time, so Caitlin and Matthew – thank you.
With a special appearance by singer-songwriter Trevor Hall, Lindsy and James’s destination wedding in the heart of Yosemite National Park was a truly unique one. Small, intimiate and emotional, the Ahwahnee Hotel was a perfect backdrop for the natural vibe that Lindsy and James wanted. It had been a while since I spent some time in Yosemite Valley and it was even more beautiful than I remember. Enjoy the pics!
Susan and Richard’s wedding in the English countryside was a moment-filled experience and a true joy to photograph. Below is a gathering of my favorite moments from the day, with a handful of portraits and some scene setters of how amazing this place was. And a huge thanks to my buddy Mike Garrard, fantastic wedding photographer out of London that connected me with Susan and Richard, seeing that he was the best man and couldn’t shoot it himself!
